Lodging in Nepal depend on where you are trekking. Mostly , Everest, Annapurna and Langtang refions you get comfertable room with attached bathrooms and some of the guests houses they have only rooms with seperate bathroom with Gas Gizer shower services.Now quite common to find the delux and spper delux rooms in Everest andAnnapurna  but In langthang youget only room with attached bathroom.

Everywhere in trekking region you get cleal and comfertable room with seperarte bathrooms with hot showr services. If you trek some whare T-shum valley and Manaslu, Kanchenjanga, dolpo and opper dolpo and others remote trekking regions then you will getonly simple /basic room with normal food. But We need tent and all camping equipment to trek in Upperdolpo and lowaer dolpo region.

Even in upper mustang trek trek we get attached bathroom with hot shower . Most of the famous trekking routes you get easily upgraded room/accommodation services.
