Fly to Tumlingtar and drive to Num (1550m) 5 hours
Your Trekking guide will be picked you up from your hotel and drive to Tribhuwan airport for your domestic flight to Tumlingtar. After 35 minutes flight to Tumlingtar, we take jeep to Num via Khadbari and Chicula to Num.Overnight in guest house
Num to Seduwa (1560m) 6 hours
After breakfast, we descend all way to Arun river and cross the bridge and contue up all the way to Seduwa village through the bomboo forest, cardamoms fild and vegetabele. Overnight in guest house.
Seduwa to Tashigaun (2110m) 7 hours
we today hike gradually up to Tashi gaun through the Cardomoms filds,Bomboo and rhododendron forest via Chyaksa Danda and continue on Tashi Gaun crossing the some stream. Overnight in Guest house.
Tashigaon to Khongma Danda (3030m) 7 hours
After walking foe a while we cross the long suspension bridge and trek continue up to Dara through the rhododendron forests. we then make lunch break here in Dhara and again continue up to Khongma Danda through the dense forest of the rhododendron.Overnight in Guest house.
Khongma Danda –Acclimatization
"Go high Sleep low" following this rule in high mountains is the best way to get enough acclimatization and to adapt the body. So we are hiking toward the khongmo La pass for an and half hours and spend some time having good views of surrounded mountains. And back to Khongma Danda.Overnight in Guest house.
Khongma Danda to Dobate (3850m) 8 hours via Khongma La, Sano Pokhar Danda, Shiton La, and Keke La
Today we are crossing the passes, depend on the weather condition and season, we may have to walk on the snow so have enough clothing with you and food and some dry food enough until Dobate.Very beautiful hiking with views of the green valley and high up of the snow capped mountains. Overnight in Guest house.
Dobate to Yangle Kharka (3630m) 7 hours
we descend slowly to river through the dense forest and after crossing the river we walk in landslide section for while and continue on Thametang where a beautiful waterfall greet you, we make lunch break here and cuntinue on to Barun river and after crossing the river we then head up to Yanle Kharka from the left side of the Barun river. Overnight in guest house.
Yangle Kharka to Langmale (4420m) 5 hours
We descend to the river and follow the river ,river will be in left from trail through the dense juniper trees, pray flags anlong the trail and some cliffs,and beautiful peaks are ahead of us named Peak 4, peak 6, Peak 7 and Yaupa,we continue trek to Jhak Kharka, Yak Kharka and merek, Have some tea in Merek and continue to Langmale.Over nigh in guest house.
Yangle Kharka –acclimatization day
This is our acclimatization day.So we hike up to small hill side as long as we can and came back to Yangle Kharka.
Yangle kharka to Makalu Base camp (4870m) 5-6 hours
Today we continue up to Makalu base camp with the views of the Amadablam and Peak 6. Now we are trekking over 4000m, so we take our time drinking enough water and having good rest. We walk zigzag trail in the left side of the river. through the boulders and sandy trail keeping the river left. After much further hike up, the hike start little difficult with boulders and loose rock. and cross the river to Makalu base camp. Overnight in camp

we hike up to the ridge crossing the river, it takes approx slowly 3 hours to reach the panoramas views of the Mt Everest, peak 4, peak 6, peak 7 and others more dramatic snow capped mountains. We then capturing the surrounded mountains photos, we head down the base camp.Over nigh in Camp.
Makalu base camp to Yangle Kharka 7 hours
With an adventurous experience ,we head down to Yangle Kharka via Shershon, Langmale.Quite tiring walk down and mostly accident happen on down. So walk down slowly with view of the surrounded mountains and hills, have enough food with you toaday because , there is not specialy luch place. Overnight Yangle Kharka
Yangmale to Dobate 6 hours
we are on the down to Thametang, have some tea and continue to Dobate, today walk is quite nice walk through the rhododendron forest, Buddhist mani walls and landslide section and narrow path leads you all the way to Dobate. Over night in Dobate
Dobate to Khongma Danda 8 hours
we are going to cross the passes with the plenty of mountains views with nice walk through the passes to khongma Danda. Please have enough food with you, no luch places between Dobate to Khongma danada. Long walk.Overnight in guest house.
Khongma Danda to Tashi gaun 5 hours
we walk down to Dhara Khara and continue down to Thasigauon.Overnight in guest house.
Tashi gaon to Seduwa 6 hours
we walk down to seduwa for 5 hours.Overnight in guest house
Seduwa to Num 6 hours
we walk up and down to Num /Tumlingtar
Num/Tumlingtar
fly back to Kathmandu.when we landed then time to relax or look around the KM.

We can rent or hire, most of the trekking gear in Kathmandu/Nepal such as a four-season sleeping bag, Puffy down jackets, Micro pikes, trekking shoes, and others. we help you to hire or rent all required trekking gear before your trekking.
Hired trekking gears are must to keep safely if rented gears found damaged then you need to pay the same coast of the gear. You should keep certain amount of money to rent trekking gears. Normally, Trekking gears shop keep deposit $ 100 USD for a sleeping bag and a Puffy down jacket. Renting charge per day is approx. USD 1.50.

1 porter carry 20-25 kg in high Himalaya in trekking. We have weight limit for Porters because they need to carry their backpack too, So, 20 kg per porter is quite limit weight excluding porter bag pack.

Mid-winter treks are getting popular in Nepal. And numbers of tourists are increasing in mid-winter. The data of the report of every trekking areas shows that mid-winter trekkers are increasing in good way.
All are related with global warming, and high glaciers are melting unusually. So, number of tourists are trekking in Nepal in mid- winter. However, you need well preparation with right trekking gears to deal with minus temperature.

Safe drinking water is most important to make sure you are in good shape in mountain. We suggest you to get normal drinking water from water tap or gest house and use water purify tablets and wait 30 minute to drink.
Filtering the water from the river or water tap is the also best way to get safe drinking water in trekking but you should come with proper filtering water bottle.
Bottled- water also available to drink but we discourage to use bottled-water to keep environment clean.
Best months for the trekking are the September to Mid-January, which is known as Autumn season and mainly most of the trekkers love to trek during the Autumn because of the beautiful weather and clear days and less chance to get heavy snow in high mountain, Autumn coordinate best weather than others season.
During the Autumn season in high mountain weather would be sunny with plus temperature and some snow refreshment over 3000m. charming mountains are shine with stunning glacier with lush forest lower down.
Second best months are the February to mid-June, which is known as spring season. During the Spring season trekkers have opportunities to glance the colourful Rhododendron flowers in the elevation of the below 3000m and others alpine flowers blooms in late spring season. Weather would be little windy with some hailstones in hilly region and some snow refreshment in high mountain.
Some exercises are important before the hitting the mountain, everyday running for 1 hour for few weeks, jugging, and Gym and stay active and proper food with high carb as well as jumping.
Hiking up and down every day makes your muscle strong and keep fit your body. Move around your body, push up and down, play food ball, volley ball and other game which gives you physical exercises.
Well mental preparation plays main roles to trek in Himalayas. Be positive with mountains, get enough information regarding the coming trek. And Planning well to get ready to climb up and down.
Depend on where you are going to trek, somewhere in big town they may have ATM machine to draw the money but most of the trekking places in mountain there are not any ATM, So Credit cards is not worth using in mountain.
You can charge easily your batteries, cell phone, camera in trekking/mountains. When you are in the mountain region the, every guest house have sollar systems to charge you electric equipment, make sure charging your batteries before the sun go down. At least you get chance to charge your batteries, and other electric equipment.
Note: if weather get change in unusual situation then no any charging in high mountains because of the no sun.
